This morning I went to the gym before work. During the cold, dark winter mornings, this always feels like an accomplishment.
When I made the choice to head out the door, I made the mistake of looking at weather.com. Zero degrees. Brrr.

I should go in the morning but lately I can not get out of bed. 😦

What a great list! I think I would add, only having to shower once in the day! I hate showering once in the morning and then again at night after a workout. I have been having a ridiculously hard time getting up for morning workouts this winter. When I set my alarm and don’t get up, I am mad at myself all day so I just need to print your list and keep it by my bed 🙂
Nice! Great job motivating yourself to get out of bed in zero degree weather. I’m not sure I could do it. I think the one thing I would add is that you never regret NOT working out but you pretty much covered that in your last reason 🙂
Wonderful list. I really like #3 – I’d probably show up in my pajamas if I went to the gym so early.
I’d add that I could still have a cup of coffee after my workout and not be bouncing off the walls at bedtime 🙂
