How do you find balance?
I am a believer in balance–some days that might mean balanced meals, balanced workouts, or just making sure to find the time for work and play!
for some reason i could no enter… I tried but it won’t let me log in. booo
Hmmm…the FB links didn’t work or let you log in via FB? I went back into the post to update/verify the links. They do take you to FB. If it still doesn’t work, please let me know and I’ll reach out to the organizer! Have a fun day with your dad.
What a great idea; balance is what a healthy lifestyle is all about, I reckon. I make sure I do things I enjoy; riding, cycling, whatever, every day, otherwise it’s just work and go home. Riding gets rid of so much work stress!
That’s great. Fresh air for you and your lovely horse.
I have a tough time finding my balance but I’m working on it! This was an insightful post for as balancer-in-training 🙂
Finding time to find balance sometimes takes extra time!
