Friday Funnies – 3/23/12

I hope your week has been a good one.  The fact that it feels like Summer in March is crazy, but I’ll take it.

A few things that made me laugh this week–

1.  I’ve posted about CPR a couple of times–check out this story Save a Life, Get the Middle Finger.  A woman helps another woman and ends up getting a bird as a “thank you”…and we’re not talking about a parrot.

2.  The Ellen Show did a little Comedy Spring Cleaning this week– the mis-spelled tattoo No Regerts instead of No Regrets; audience Facebook photos; glamour shots, etc.

3.  Spring jokes–

Can February March?  No, but April May!

Why wouldn’t they let the butterfly into the dance?
Because it was a moth ball!

I know, I know…real groaners.  I told a goofy joke at a staff meeting earlier this week and saw a lot of eyes roll, but heard a little laughter, too.

4.  Modern Family and Cam and his Tupperware…

Modern Family is such a funny show.  A recent episode involves  Cameron pretending to slip and fall. He was just looking for a way to get everyone out of the house.  Claire swears she returned his Tupperware container a long time ago. Cam believes otherwise. He does a hard target search of the entire house. Cameron finally finds what he’s looking for, but he pretty much destroys Claire’s home in the process.

I am embarrassed to admit that I’ve been possessive of Tupperware in the past–I think I’ve been able to let go of feeling attached to containers 🙂 – but I bet some of you can relate!

Hey Tucker, is that a new cologne you're wearing?

Every time I turn a corner, they are right there and I never know what I’ll find them doing.
